Everyone who worked with me (from the original phone call to the people that communicated with me when I got there) were helpful, professional, friendly, knowledgable and professional. They fit me in and completed my car before closing- even though I was a running a little late. It as a great experience.

Service street always gets me in on time and their staff are very courteous.

My car had recently died in the cold weather while staying overnight at the hospital with my husband who had just come out of surgery. I called Service Street for help because they are close to home, and I was sick of my regular mechanic who frequently kept my car hours past promised "ready" times. I was in and out of Service Street in no time with a new battery and a car that is now running beautifully! I will be going back for future maintenance needs! Thanks guys!

Great service. In repairing the agreed items they broke an associated part. They were upfront and honest and warranteed that part and repair. They could have very easily said it was an additional item they found needing rapaired. They kept up communitcations during the whole process. I will refer others and return myself. Thanks for the great service.

I knew there was a problem...I showed up out of the blue with brake concerns. Manager called within 2 hours and told me the problem and gave me a quote. He also offered a coupon discount if I could find one (and gave me suggestions where to look)!!! Had it done same day!
