At the time of my Monday afternoon visit, I was advised that the warning light (engine) could have been 1 of 3 problems that needed a diagnostic appraisal. As it turned out, the problem was the gas cap not securely attached, thus causing a trouble light to illuminate. After it was all said and done, only an oil change/filter was needed. Good job, crew!

Thank you for taking good care of my daughter, Dominique, for servicing her Volkswagon as requested. I appreciated the call afterwards re: need for tire rotation but missing the wheel lock key. I'll try to get the key soon and get the vehicle back to you as soon as possible! Julie

What I absolutely love about Service Street is that they take an interest in my vehicles. What I mean by this is not only do they get to know me, but they become involved with the proactive maintenance of our cars. They have a fantastic system of online notification of due dates, reminders, and appointment setup. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Good servce and fair price

You guy's took care of some serious issues promptly and effectively. Have been coming here for several years and know I can rely on work performed.

My car was barely running one morning. The problem had been brewing, I just didn't know it. I pulled into Service Street on my way to work. The staff was very helpful as I tried to explain what was happening. They fixed my car that day and honored a 10% discount for part of the problem that they told me about at a previous visit. My car was ready to go by the time I got off of work. They answered all of my questions and made recommendations of future maintenance I'll need. I feel very comfortable taking my car to Service Street!

missing cap on my tire not a big thing but it had it when it when in. Also did not call promptly when service was completed Husband drove by on way home Car was sitting outside, finally got a call an hour later. Last time I called to ck on it and was told that they were just getting ready to call me...could use some improvement

I all my years I have never dealt with auto repair personnel who have such integrity and honestly. It takes a long time for me to develop trust and these good people have earned mineso I take our cars nowhere else. They are up front on costs and any discovered repairs needed before they begin and do not strong arm me into repairs that I do not want
