Oil change was fast and the people were very friendly. Even pointed out some problems I didn't even know I had.

Had car towed in at 11 am, and it was ready to go by that afternoon! They called me with updates, pricing quotes, options, throughout the day. Auto repair is a huge investment, I appreciate the customer service!

My experience was good. So far I have lays found them to be honest.

These guys love their jobs ! I've been taking my vehicles there for several years and have always been satisfied. They are honest and very qualified mechanics.

It was more expensive Thani thought but there's a 3 yr warranty, so I'm very happy. They always do good work.

Was greeted with smiles on the employees faces. My only complaint is NO COUPONS to help offset the cost. You also need in my opinion coupons for people who have trucks that take that extra quart of oil. If not then might need to start doing stuff myself.

I have been a long term customer of Grease Monkey, but since moving to Thornton I have gone to Service Street for problems with my tires and I have received excellent customer service (i.e., took care of my problem right away at no charge). most flat and they took it off my car and fixed it again at no charge. I was sooo thankful I went home and made home made salsa and took it to the employees with a bag of corn chips. I didn't know how else to show my appreciation. Needless to say I no longer go to Grease Monkey for my care service. Plus Grease Monkey is limited in car care services. Thanks for caring about the customer and not just performing a job!!!!

My truck was fixed as promised...a little later than estimated but fixed correctly. I will be back.
