Great service all around. Very satisfied!

I took my GMC envoy in for a general maintance to trade out the spark plugs and have the oil changed. While it was there I asked them to take alook at the air since we have already started to get warm and the air only works when it wants. Anyways they did and told me that it ended up being a different part. When they got the part ordered they realized GMC had changed the resistor and it would not fit the blower fan I had. They were very informative the entire time, very apologetic and did every thing they could to keep the price reasonable and do the work in a timely manner.

This place is a joke. They said I needed a $800 fuel pump replaced because of a leak and I took it to another place and they didn't see the leak at all. This other place quoted me $295 for the same work - even though I didn't need it because there was no leak. They also tried to replace my air filter even though I just replaced it myself. Do not go there as they are making things up that need replaced. They are WAY over priced. I had some brake repair quoted there also and it was $400 higher then another place.

There is a reason i drive from my home in centennial to visit this place. I can always safely expect quality and genuine service. I recommend this shop to everyone i know who needs car service done.

I was in and out of there for the oil change. I was also concerned about the squeaking of my brakes and they checked them and everything was ok just the type of pads used.

I am a single mom with a daughter that drives. I take my car and hers to Service Street and feel very comfortable that I am not being taken advantage of. I trust the mechanics and that they truly have my best interests in mind. They never try to upsell me or pressure me to do repairs that I don't need.

My most recent sevice experience with Service Street-Parker, was another excellent experience. I made my appointment via phone and it was quick and accurate and courteous. When I arrived, the reception was very courteous and professionally. The staff reviewed my options and the costs in short order. I was called when they were complete. The worked was done well, they reviewed what they found and I was finished quickly. I came back with an adjustment to my bill and that too was handled quickly and professionally. Excellent Overall Experience!

I made an appointment for an oil change, showed up about 20 min early and was done before my actual appointment time!

It's great to have someplace to take your vehicle that everyone is personable, will bring protential problems to your attention, provide a ride back home if the repair is time consuming, and has all previous visits stored in the computer.
