I made an appointment for an oil change, showed up about 20 min early and was done before my actual appointment time!

It's great to have someplace to take your vehicle that everyone is personable, will bring protential problems to your attention, provide a ride back home if the repair is time consuming, and has all previous visits stored in the computer.

Excellent service, easy to work with, called when car was done, no issues! I've always been pleased with Service Street. So much so, that I referred my father to them when he was visiting from Utah for a quick front-end alignment. They got him in quick and made it easy.

I was a little disappointed again this visit, as I had purchased the 5 visit service package that includes tire rotation, and once again they forgot to do the rotation. I specifically asked for the rotation and even authorized $350.00 of additional service items but again did not get the rotation and when I asked about it I was told I really didn't need it. Service Street has always given me a fair price on good service, which is why I remain loyal, but if I buy a package that includes rotation, and I specifically ask for it and don't get it, it makes me want to look elsewhere for service.
