I love doing business with Service Street Parker. I originally took my car to them because of their excellent reputation via 'word of mouth'. They take care of you and if needed offer you suggestions on needed repairs or refurbished parts. My favorite part of working with them is that I alwasy work with the same core group of people. THAT speaks about a business and the way they treat their customers and their staff. Best in town in my opinion!

Service was great and done on time. My only problem was the very strong cigareete smoke smell in the car when we picked it up. Family has respiratory issues and strong sensitivity. When we complained, we did receive an apology, but that didn't help with resolving the problem. Be careful if you share a similar sensitivity.

Service Street is always a great place that I enjoy taking my car to. They do a great job and are very respectful to not only me as the client, but of my time. Thank you Service Street!

Three weeks ago I had an ignition installed by what I thought was a reliable audi repair shop. Not true--the ignition was installed wrong causing my starter to burn out. I contacted Ed Slofkiss who had serviced my cars in the past and Ed and his team immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem. I paid the other repair shop over $550 but truly learned a lesson. Ed is truly a very honest, responsible and caring person who I would trust in any situation. Thank GOD WE STILL HAVE YOUNG MEN LIKE Ed in the business.

Service Street has always been great to work with, reasonably priced, and makes recommendations when needed.

You guys always do what I want and let me know what I need, now or in the future. Last visit I requested a battery check and it was low. You replaced it along with the oil change at the special e-mail price. Thanks for dependable and reliable help that is always done in a timely and friendly manner. I was told that the new battery has a 5 year warranty but was not indicated on my repair order. How may I get a copy for my records?Thanks again for all you do.

I received the Thanksgiving Day $15 coupon & used it for an oil change. Not only did they do the oil/filter change, but they also checked & filled up the air in my tires. They were low & I never would have noticed.
