CALLED IN THE AM AND BROUGHT CAR IN TO BE CHECKED DUE TO NOISE UPON COMING TO A STOP. REVIEW SHOWED CAR NEEDED BRAKE PADS WHICH WERE REPLACED AND JOB COMPLETED AND CAR RETURNED AS PROMISED IN ABOUT TWO HOURS.

The Parker Service Street store provided an excellent service experience on 9/30/2011. My 2001 Pontiac Grand AM was in need of the 100k service and repair of the ABS system. Ed the store manager was very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to please the customer. He work with me on the repair of the ABS system. I was able to provide the front wheel hub assy/ABS sensor and new cable. This was important to me to save money on the parts. The technician who worked on the car further saved me money by confirming the diagnosis and determining that only the front right hub needed to be replaced not both. I was able to return 1 hub.assy and cable saving me further money. This kind of service, including the customer in the repair resolution, is hard to find and refreshing. In my opinion, Ed and the technician provided excellent service and made this customer very satisfied and I plan to continue the service of my car with the Parker Service Street store.
