I brought my van in on short notice and they got it in before I was back home! The complimentary shuttle service is so helpful and the only way I could do it. John was very friendly and didn't talk to me like a stupid woman (like most service shops). They make recommendations but don't pressure me into extras. Finally a trustworty, dependable service shop! Oil change took a little longer than expected. They were however thorough, and this could have been the reason for the time to change oil. I will return, and would recommend this company. Friendly staff.

I prefer to use Service Street in Parker because they will always accomodate me when it comes to time and day for service appointment. They go out of their way to be courteous, polite, knowledgable, on time and I've never had to wait. When they say you have an 8:00 am appointment, you car is taken into the bay at 8:00 am sharp. The prices are as great as the people who work there. Thank you Service Street.

Great people, easy to talk to no hassle

This is my second time taking my car to Service Street to get the oil changed. They were fast and got my car right in. There was a separate waiting room that I could let my 15 month old run around and not have to worry about what trouble she was getting into. They did a great job and I love that they put "high mileage" oil in, so that I don't have to get it changed as frequently.

Great store and fast service! They explained what my car might potentially need based on mileage, which is nice becuase I don't read my stinkin' owners manual all the time. Bottom line: I'll be back!
