Handled my oil change and fluids quickly; answered all my questions and left me with a confident feeling about the entire experience.

I took my old jeep to Service Street and they had no problem diagnosing the problem and fixing it. They replaced the clutch / throwout bearing with new parts (better than original OEM parts!), machined the flywheel and replaced some seals. My jeep is running like a charm now and a whole lot quieter. Priced a little on the high side, but the coupon was helpful and I figure I received great service and product for what I paid for. Charlie even gave me a ride back home.

I was so pleased with the customer service at Service Street. I appreciate the fact that they were really honest about pricing and what kind of work my car did or didn't need done. It is scary sometimes for a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars to go into an auto shop and have to trust that they will be honest about the work needed on your car. They were so sweet and made me feel very comfortable! Thanks guys!

Nice people and good value. 6 oil changes and tire rotations for 99 bucks. And even better yet you can use them on any car.

I was able to drop off and pick-up my tire after the store had closed. My tire was done when it was supposed to be.Different staff members allowed me to conduct my business even though the store had closed.

Service Street took a look at a fuse problem I was having, explained why I was having the problem and referred me to the dealership to get it fixed - all without charging me extra.

This was my first visit to Service Street and I was impressed. The attendants were prompt, professional, and quick. I walked across the street while the looked at the car and within minutes they came over and talked to me. No phone call, but personal service. The repair was done in a little over 2 hours, but again they let me know what was going on each step of the way.

Always a pleasant experience here. They were fast and reasonably priced. I was informed ahead of time of some scheduled fluid maintainence needs, and was given the option to do them at no pressure. Nice job!

Excellent customer service. Very friendly, curteous, quick. Not pushy regarding the extra services our truck needed. The coupon for the oil change was helpful too.
