The guys were great! My car took a little longer to fix than originally expected so they graciously took me to a previously scheduled appointment and picked me up when I was finished. The Subaru dealership would never have done that!

This is the second time I've brought my car to service street. I had the same excellent, courteous customer care. I will definitely go back!

These guys were great at attempting to resolve an intermittent problem I was having. I think they went over and above in attempting to recreate the problem, and finally were able to do so. I appreciate the time and effort they took.

We recently had our son's car repaired by a family member (he had just had a baby and really needed the money). Unfortunately, the job wasn't done correctly, so we had to take it to our favorite service place for a consultation and repair. Ed and Chris were amazing at working with us to keep the costs super low. They definitely prevented me from a nervous breakdown at the thought of having to pay for the same repair twice. Ed and Chris (along with their flexible technicians) all deserve a get-into-heaven-free card! Thanks, guys!

Service & People were great with quick turn around. My service should have had an alignment, but was not told that before I picked it up, so now I have to take back to have that done.

Quickly losing my trust. This is one of those places that will tell you the wheels are about to fall off your car and you should drop a grand with them FAST after they lure you in for a simple oil change. I mean, they told me a $300 repair was urgent, and it wasn't and they quoted me $100 for a repair that required a $20 part and NO TOOLS TO FIX. Steep labor markup for no labor.

Got a call when ordered parts arrived. I was back at the shop in 10 minutes and 10 minutes later I drove away with the struts installed and paid for. Now the was fast service.

I had to bring my car in for an oil change as well as for it to be checked out before a vacation. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and quick. I felt very comfortable and was happy with their service.
