Called Ed(manager) to make appt for my son that same day. Gave me noon appt and oil change took 30 mins as promised and my son was on his way. Ed is the absolute best in delivering on any promises on estimates and appointments. He OVER-DELIVERS! Been at Kellers and Firestone and glad I now have Service Street to trust.

They've always given me great value. I've had all the way form oil changes to replacing the front end. I'm sure you can find cheaper but I'm sure you will suffer on customer service. These guys know what that is.

I was referred to this company for not only their professionalism of their employees, but they made women not feel like a bunch of idiots like alot of auto repair firms do. I agree with their assessment and they explained what the vehicle needed and why. They made no assumptions and was very explanatory. Very impressed with service and employees. Good, fast service. Didn't feel I was ripped off. The people are communicative and kept me in the loop and gave me an estimate before they began the work. I liked them and will return.
