I've had a lot of problems with my car in the past 6 months and I am so thankful for the staff at Service Street to always be there to get my car back on the road as soon as possible. Professional, and friendly. I never got the feeling that I was being lied to, or that they were trying to sell me anything I didn't need. The 5 oil changes for $100 package is a pretty good deal. Much faster and more convenient than Firestone were I used to go (they make you drop off the vehicle for hours, just to change the oil).I agree with a previous reviewer that they need better magazines in the waiting area. Maybe some car magazines, or some news magazines.

I appreciate that Service Street will drop me off and pick me up for service on my vehicle. I work odd hours and sleep during the day, so it's extremely helpful that they allow me to drop off after work, they will drive me home and work my vehicle in to their schedule, then call me when the service is done and come pick me up to get my vehicle. It makes what can sometimes be a very difficult process for those of us who don't work "normal" hours so much easier. Thank you for being so flexible and helpful.

Every time I take one of my vehicles here they always fix the problem. Yes, they will identify anything else that is a concern and will price it out for me, but no hard-sell pressure like other garages. Thank you.
