I had a coupon for a oil change so I decided to try Service Street. I was very happy with the service. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and polite and not pushy at all. I explained to him I didn't have the money for the couple of things that they found and he was totally helpful and told me that when I got the money to just call and they would get me right in no pressure at all. Good customer service, friendly people and good prices. This trip however the techs forgot a few finishing touches on the repair in question. I lost some confidence in the quality of the repairs.

We have been using Service Street for a couple of years. They have provided good service at reasonable prices. We can recomend doing business with Service Street Parker.

They checked our car and brought us back to show us what they issues were with it. They were just really busy and only one guy was there to help us so we had to wait. I guess the only thing we would change is to have someone help the guy in the front out.

Car was taken to bay at the appointment time and was completed 20 minutes later. Waiting room was clean and neat. Service staff was polite and neat. Over all a great experience.
