All good except the tire pressure/oil change alerts (beeps and display alerts) are still coming on when I turn on the car. The last time I had an oil change they figured out how to delete these though this morning were unsuccessful. They noted they will check with Ford on how to remedy this, though I haven't yet heard back from Service Street on this.

Showed up for oil change with no appointment and got done in reasonable time. Was recomended that I get new air filter, so I did. Need newer magazines in waiting area.

Service Street always gets my car in quick and I really like that the labor rates are charged for time actually worked and not in 15 increments like you see at other shops. Try to get John behind the desk. They are all good, but I really like John's customer service.

The management and staff do a great job on customer service, they are friendly polite and personable. Providing transportation to and from there facility and completing the repairs in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to use and recommended service street to friends.

Charlie, Tom and the gang were excellent to work with. I don't know the young man's name, but he told me of a savings coupon for 5 oil changes that further saved me money. I bought one, of course. Good job guys. I recommend you to everyone.

Always friendly, explain all charges, no high pressure. Understand that I have a preference for maintaining my vehicle and they respect that

The customer service is wonderful, I was reluctant to try a new place because my car is the only transportation I have right now and even though it is a little pricy I will recommends service street to my friends and family. I like that there is shuttle service to and from the shop so I dont have to sir around and wait for someone to pick me up. It is also close to home so if something is serious with my car I dont have to far. Also when I had an air bubble in my coolant system the techs did not charge me to find out what was wrong and for being someone on a budget that is hard to find si thank you service street

We love Service Street. We have 2 vehicles we take here on a regular basis for oil changes and maintenance. They have the best customer service ever. Our teenager just got her own car, and we will be taking it to them too. They always schedule us and take us in on the day we need to. Plus they always offer to bring us home if we need to leave our vehicles for a time. We will not be taking our vehicles anywhere else.
