nice waiting room. extremely friendly and fun employees and manager. Only concern was there was no rundown about services provided or the condition of parts... ie: air filter, looks good?changed out? good until next visit? I don't know that about my vehicle now. that applies to all aspects of parts that were inspected. I need to know what was done and where things stand so I can plan for future repairs or replaements in the future. That's the only thing I didn't like compared to my history with your competitor Grease Monkey ... I know you are more of a full service station, but to help people be more proactive with their vehicles more information needs to be provided with each service.

The service and staff was great

I brought my car in for an oil change and overall inspection. They were fast and curteous. They told me my car looked great when they could have given me a ton of things wrong with it. I appreciate their honesty.

I use Service Street for both my vehicles and have never had a bad experience. They are always friendly and offer great service at a good price. In short I trust them in an area I know little about.

Completed oil change with minimum wait

I did not have a scheduled appointment for an oil change. They were able to get me in and out very quickly.

Courteous and informative. No pressure.

They took care of everything I needed in a timely fashion..

We were under a tight deadline and called at 5pm to have an oil change done before they closed and they had it done 20 minutes before they closed. We dropped the car off at 530pm. very nice

the work I asked to be done was performed with expediancy and professionalism.
