The staff were efficient and called me to notify me of any necessary repairs in addition to the oil change. The work was done promptly and my car was done when the staff had stated it would be.

I have taken several vehicles in for different services at the Parker location. Each time the check in people were polite and very accommodating. The repair estimates for cost and time were right on.

EVERY ONE IS SO POLITE AND HELPFUL AND WILL EXPLAIN & SHOW YOU WHAT IS GOING ON.

My car had a very strange electrical problem and Service Street went far beyond their $95 Diagnositc fee time frame to try figuring it out. They did 'net research and gave me a lot of good advice, including that they thought I needed to take it to the franchised dealer for a dealer-only part. I feel I was treated honestly and professionally by Aaron and the techs who looked at my car.

Because of the professional level of service I continue to receive at the Parker Service Street and the quality of personnel, I continually refer freinds to Chris and Ed. I am always impressed when someone in a service industry actually tells me that I do NOT need to do something or if some service is not necessary at this time. They are always willing to help me out, even if it is just checking tire pressure and not charging me.
