Service Street did an OUTSTANDING job with swiftly diagnosing my car problem and repairing. What Chris Smith did EXCEPTIONALLY well was "carefully listen" to my concerns (especially related to urgency the request) and respond accordingly. My car was fixed in less than 30 minutes!!!! I was DELIGHTED with their service and the repair. I strongly recommend that everyone use Service Street. Service Street: Thank You for taking such good care of me as a customer

Good for oil changes (at least I think so) but nothing beyond that. Used scare tactics to try to convince me that my vehicle’s control arms were so bad that it was unsafe for me to drive my car- since I’ve only had my car for less than 6 months I immediately took my car back to the dealership only to find out that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my control arms. I already purchased the oil change pack so I’ll use up the rest of those oil changes and then I will likely never use Service Street again. Terrible business practices & zero follow up on the complaint that my husband filed regarding this situation.

Fast and courteous. Inspected possible problem and determined it was good. No charge. Easy to trust them.

Awesome guys. Very well aware of vehicle issues .Especially when it comes to classic cars. Definitely will be going back over time to get things updated under the hood

I actually got turned down from other auto shops because they thought insurance would not cover the work. Chris went above and beyond to battle with insurance adjusters and made sure they didn’t take advantage of me. Just wanted to say that the team at the Aurora, CO Service Street really took care of me. I'd trust Sam, Charles, and Chris with my cars any day. Charles especially has the patience of a saint and goes the extra mile (and then some) to help customers feel informed. I definitely feel that I got more than my money's worth through this shop and can't recommend them enough.

Excellent service!!! The guys got me in and out, they were reasonable, and honest. The location was a bit far from where I live but it was worth every minute in traffic. I highly recommend these guys due to their customer service plus the expertise on my crappy Bmw. Some mechanics won’t touch beemers because of how technical they are but the crew dove right in. 5 stars hands down.

Came in with an unexpected issue, guys got me right in to take a look and talk me through the issue. Great people, really appreciate them!
