The location in Thornton was so unprofessional and so rude that the rest of the Service Street locations get a 1 star too. That's the name of the game when you want to use a title like SERVICE but provide none to your customers and only yourselves.

I came in not realizing the extent of my cars problems. They walked me through the different issues and gave me a variety of options as to how to deal with these problems. They were kind and informative in a way I’ve never experienced at a auto shop. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for the best care possible.

Words cannot express how awesome these guys are!! I was having battery issues and my car was having trouble starting. Daniel was the absolute best he checked my battery, replaced it and cleaned it up right there in the parking lot. They have great deals on batteries with 5 year warranties and great deals on oil change packages. I highly recommend them as I will be using them for all of my future service needs. Everyone was very nice but what I thought was going to be a $19.99 oil change (with coupon) ended up being $74. I agreed to a new filter that was $25 and expected to pay about $50. I usually spend about $20 for an oil change. Convenient location but exorbitantly priced. I will return to my usual place for oil changes.
