Honest review. Friendly service. Was quoted one hour for my oil change which was fine cause I needed to run across the street for my eye apt. When I got back 1:15 min later my vehicle was in the bay but I ended up waiting another :45 min till it was complete. So double the time estimate. They also didn’t put a sticker reminder of when I’m due for my next oil change. First and most likely last time I’ll go there. Update. A territory manager called me shortly after my initial review to get more information from me personally. He asked what he could do to make sure I go back and I said nothing at the time (Him calling was enough to give them one more try). He stated he was going to call and talk to the location manager to hear what he had to say. He said he would get back to me within 72hrs. That never happened. Just solidifies my decision not to go back.

*****UPDATE***** I brought my Ford escape to these guys. And I'm telling you... If you want a mechanic that is trustworthy, honest and genuinely worried about YOUR saftey on the road....THESE ARE THE GUYS! Don't believe me.... Just stop in and chat with these guys. You will get exactly what I'm talking about! Will only bring my cars here!!! Had my Buick checked out here. The guys were so honest and so helpful. They saved me from wasting hundreds! Plus, when my daughter and I went to Walmart to wait they picked us up so that we didn't have to walk. Just all around great guys!! Will be back before I head back to Washington State!!
