I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced! My car died in my garage this morning, and they helped me figure out how to get the car out. They also kept me informed about everything that needed to be done, and kept my cost to a minimum. They were so helpful, and even picked me up so that I could get my car! Dave and Chris were amazing!!!

Chris was able to get me in right away without an appointment. Diagnosed the problem within a half hour. Promised the work would be completed in four hours. Had a call within the hours ready for pick up.

Brought in a coupon and it wasn't applyed to my total. Felt like they wouldn't stop trying to up sell me. Most likely won't return.

It's the nightmare you expect with a coupon at your first visit and worse . The upsells were complete lies and I argued the entire time trying to convince them I merely came for an oil change . I was asked to 'get out' when I disputed the charges including an air filter I declined when asked . Nothing but stress and dishonesty and I'm concerned about ehwh they actually did to my car . Keep your eyes on them while they're changing your oil!

They screwed the oil plug on too tight the last time but they made it right! I not only got a new oil plug but was also worried they screwed up my oil pan. So, when I complained how they also got dirt on my seat last time they gave me half off my oil change. Now, that they cared enough about their customer service to do that I will give them five stars for their service.

Service was fast,no big fancy deal,felt service is the same as Dealership service.

Guy were fast and honest. Very tough to find in mechanics these days.

I made an appointment today for 1030. I arrived at 1015. I was advised the work would take 45-60 minutes. It ended up being 75+ minutes to complete. Again, this was after an appointment was made. They realized it took too long and gave me two quarts of oil for free which was nice. However, when I left, I got home and realized they never filled up my washer fluid. But, the real kicker was on my passenger side rear door of my truck. There was a 6 inch long tire mark along the bottom of the door. I was able to wipe it off with little issue, but either way, unacceptable and I will not return.
