Delivered vehicle without resetting “Change Engine Oil” indicater. Called it to their attention. After three techs and 15-20 minutes, told me I had a central computer malfunction. Took it back to dealership. They reset the indicator promptly and properly. Then discovered Service Street had reset all of the electronics in the vehicle. Not satisfied or happy. Tired of them attempting to sell additional services and not doing what they were supposed to.

I like these guys. Informative but not pushy. Down to earth and polite. Clean. Not too busy.

I absolutely luv the crew @ Southlands, I followed them there from Parker - they have taken care of my cars for years now and always give me a very honesyand reliable assessment. Lil’ Chris (the manager) always a pleasure to deal with and does a great job a training his crew in honesty and customer service. Overall amazing experience each and every time!

Always love working with Service Street. They’re super friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they never push you into any services you don’t need. Also extremely affordable, which is a nice added bonus to this place.

They have a deal where you can buy five oil changes for a discounted price. It’s good to use on any of your vehicles you own. One time we took our car in, we came home with a bit of an oil leak. We took it back and they fixed the problem immediately. Every time since has been without issue and the customer service is always good.

I would highly recommend Service Street! The team was incredibly friendly and helpful. They found a couple "issues" with my vehicle during an oil change, and they brought the problems to my attention without "forcing" the repairs on me. Over-all quality of the service was fantastic and I will definitely be back!

Got my truck in right away for an oil change and tire rotation. Friendly and efficient!

Horrible service. I left Service Street at Southlands Mall and my tires were still low. I asked if they checked for nails and also filled them and they said they did. Since they were brand new tires I thought maybe I got faulty tires. I took my vehicle back to Big O so they can check them, well the only thing wrong with my tires was the horrible service at Service Street. Big O checked them and filled them and it's been over a week and no issues. I paid over $100 for a complete check at Service Street which includes tire rotation, oil and filter change, check the fluids but it makes me wonder if they did any of the other work at all when something as simple as filling the tires with air was not done. Never going back because I don't trust them anymore.

The service was wonderful as always at Service Street! Darren was extremely helpful and let me know about the 5 pack for oil changes! Always trying to save me money!!!
