These guys. Let me tell you about these amazing humans... I am new here (to the area) My check engine light went on and my very expensive car decided to shut down. Not only were these guys compassionate to my situation (and calm me down when I started to get watery eyed) but they got my car in right away!! They did a great job. I don't know what everyone is complaining below about because whatever service they perform on your car is covered under their warranty. 100% would recommend them and they have earned a customer for life!!

I took my Mitsubishi eclipse in for a oil change and 2 days later my car started leaking coolant from my heater core. Mind you this i know my car and i know for a fact it wasent leaking. They messed up my car intentionally to make more money. Please be aware of this fraud

Always fast and honest. Can't ask for anything more.

I had taken my car here before & they took 2 days to do a job that they quoted 4 hours for so I was wary to do an oil change with them but then they sent me a coupon & I figured why not & took my car in. As I'm waiting for my car the guy comes over with a list of about $4000 worth of work that he literally says to me you don't need to do but you could do if you want to lol! For example he says to me "you know you have the original shocks on your Jeep you should get new ones for $950 it'll only take a few hours" I'm like buddy I'm here with a coupon for a $20 oil change for my 40000 mile jeep what the hell are you even talking about!? What's wrong with the original shocks? Anyways, I don't want to make this review 3 pages long. I can give you a list of what sucks about this place. Like if your gonna try to bend me over for 4 grand when I came in for an oil change at least remember to put air in my tires like I asked. All I can say is don't go here. These guys are the definition of incompetent & dishonest.

I recently took my wife's Subaru there for an oil change as I had purchased the 5 pack for $100. They told me it needed a new head gasket because it was leaking and quoted me a price of $2,700. The problem is I already had it replaced in 2013 as this is a common problem on this car. I took the car back to the original repair shop, which specializes in Subaru's, and they said it was not the head gasket but a different gasket which would cost less than $100 to repair. What is even funnier is that the tech at Service Street, who diagnosed the problem, said he was the "Subaru guy" at the shop.

would give zero if the option was there, these guys are criminals!!! told my husband his Jeep needed over 3K in work done and made it seem like it was death trap and completely unsafe to drive. after 3 other opinions (all agreeing with each other) Service Street was the only one that deemed the car unsafe. Also, the other 3 opinions found none of what Service Street said was wrong, and only needed about $500 of repairs (brakes and rotors).

My wife had to take my new vehicle in for a flat tire from a nail while I was out of state. They tried convincing her that I needed 4 new tires (Due to AWD) because the manufacturer had discontinued the tire I needed. Brought out to the dealership and they not only had some in stock, but verified that the manufacturer had not discontinued that tire. With all the bad reviews I've seen here and in other places, I wouldn't recommend this place unless I hated you.

This place is a scam shop...I've talked to several neighbors...all say the same thing: Avoid at all costs

I went to the Service Street location in Aurora to get new brakes for my car. After a good experience with an oil change there, I decided to get a quote on brakes. I took the car in and they called an hour later to advise me that my brakes were in really bad shape. The man said that the pads, roters and calipers would all need to be replaced as the calipers were completely frozen. He also advised that the pistons were in a really bad shape. After receiving an outrageous quote of $1200, I declined the request to perform the work. The technician advised that the car was not drivable. Against his request to keep the car there, I took the car and went to another auto shop who performed an estimate and advised that brakes needed to be done but that they were not in very bad shape. They also told me that the calipers were in good shape and did not to be replaced. I brought my car in hoping to get an honest opinion on what was needed and feel that the minute they saw me, a female, thry tried to take full advantage of the fact that I needed work done. I will never go to this establishment and will tell any and everyone I know of this extremely negative experience. Remember word of mouth goes a long way. Don't over quote a person based upon their sex and your opinion of their knowledge of work that "needs" to be done.

Apparently unskilled techs. I do my own repair unless it requires specialized equipment. Tried out this new place to gauge how good they were and if the shop was honest. Wanted to charge me over $1000.00 to fix my AC. I knew this to be ridiculous so I took it back to a shop I trusted. Turned out to just be a relay and cost $175.00. Sorry guys. A clean waiting room and old guy at the counter with lots of anecdotes isn't what I gauge service off of.
