Service Street is a great place to go if you need a mechanic for your car. I took my 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan to this shop because several shops are hesitant to work on wheelchair-accessible low conversion vans. Sam, the general manager, is wonderful to work with and he is my favorite person here. He was willing to take the time to understand my concerns and he is very respectful of individuals like myself. Sam spent time with me to figure out what I wanted to be fixed and is willing to resolve any problem(s) if things don’t work out on the first try. Sam was willing to reassess my van when I had some minor issues surface when they had to do a trial and error fix to finally locate the problem. I do think the labor costs are high, and sometimes I feel it’s much higher than they should be. I would still highly recommend this shop because it is worth knowing that they will provide high-quality service. Overall, I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

Best auto shop I have been too in the area! I have gone to Service Street for oil changes and repairs a few times. This particular time the GM Sam brought me out to my car to show me the needed repairs and suggested repairs. This gave me added confidence of their work and integrity as a shop. I was blown away! Only a few shops have gone the extra miles in this way. Staff: friendly, not pushy, professional, and overall great management/culture Cost: not the cheapest in town, but to have the confidence they will do the job right, not be pushy on suggested repairs, and give you a chance to see the car for yourself, priceless! Additionally, their 5 year/50k miles warranty is hard to beat. Service Street sets the bar high through their work alone, but in my mind have set themselves apart through my experience above. to the car to see the repairs needed. I will be going back for a long time. Due yourself a favor and bring your car in!

Not overly impressed I think they are way over priced $215 for a test and adust my neutral safty switch I asked them to install a part. i had for me thats it and they were telling me I needed to replace my engine for 10500 what! Thats what my car cost brand new. So my recommendation is do not take your car to this place.by the way I just installed the part myself and then fixed my oil leak and no more problems. Guess I didnt need a new engine after all. What a rip off

Easy to schedule an appointment. Clean facilities. The car was ready on time. I would recommend their oil change special. Thank you for the great service!
