I used Service Street at Highlands Ranch a couple of months ago when a headlight died unexpectedly. They were so quick and kind to me when I was stressed. This morning my other headlight was out; I called at 7:30 am and got an appointment for 10:15 am today. I arrived and was kindly greeted by Edward and Sam, who got me in right away. I was finished by 10:35! I could not believe it. Edward is so kind, helpful, and quick. The whole team is really amazing and I appreciate that I have a new service "home" for my car. Highly recommend.

Did not screw the oil filter on all the way. Leaked oil all over my garage and driveway.

I really like this shop. I'm wary of chain independants, but Service Street has been a great shop for multiple visits across multiple vehicles. Recently, I was interested in buying a car and wanted a professional (and racked car) opinion. They revealed many potential issues to me, and showed me what they were referring to. The work they've done has always been competent and priced fairly.

Doug was great. Outstanding customer service. Everyone was very friendly and the waiting room was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Service Street!

Met w Sam re prior diagnosed oil filter & coolant leaks on 2015 Jeep. He was very thorough & showed me the problems identified by previous service provider - was seeking 2nd opinion. Appreciated his professionalism & technical knowledge. Did not feel I could afford cost of repairs.

Amazing service and kind staff. Doug is absolutely amazing and makes sure that my car is always taken care of. I'll keep going back for sure!
