Dropped my truck off around 6 and picked it up the next day around the same time. Went for an oil change and brake stuff, they called me to suggest other maintenance stuff and I went with it. They seemed knowledgeable, friendly, and provided great customer service. Conveniently located so I will be using them in the future.

2 years prior I had the worst experience at the Highlands Ranch location, Today July 30th 2019, my faith in humanity was restored, Thanks to Sam and his crew. The work they performed for me today was amazing. I can say that I will do business with them again Sign - Faith Restored

This place had my car for a simple oil change. You could not hear the car run before it went through their doors. Now, they have changed the oil 3 times, and the valves rattle like it has 100,000 miles on it. It has 20,000, in perfect condition until Service Street touched it. Now I don’t know if I’ll have a car worth what it’s supposed to be worth, or a piece of junk they handed me back. Stay AWAY! Do not take the chance that your car will be RUINED by these idiots. UPDATE- wrong OIL FILTER, NOT JUST OIL. CAR IS ON 3rd valve change by 2nd dealership. Run, don’t walk, away from the incompetence here. -2nd update- 35 days without my car now because of Service Street. Need new head, maybe new engine. Corporate just called YESTERDAY to address us personally....34 days after the incident. 35 DAYS BECAUSE OF AN OIL CHANGE. 3rd UPDATE- “Foreign plastic material” clogging oil journals in head. Could not be fixed,new head required. Nuff said.

Was a great experience. Daughters car broke down a block away. Called and they came and gave a jump within 10 minutes! Then they explained what the problem was. I asked when we could get it in and they stop by right now. Took the car and in less than half an hour we were in our way! Great staff !

I had the best experience here. The staff is very friendly and informative. They brought me out to show me what was wrong and explained things clearly. They were really fast at fixing my issue, and if you have to wait a long time you are 30 feet away from a bar and restaurant. I’m absolutely going back and using them as my home base for auto care.
