They were nice and polite but it an hour and 45 min to get my oil changed.😳 And that was with an appointment on an non-busy day.

My car suddenly broke down side of the road. Coolant leaking everywhere. Service Street just happened to be the closest station and willing to have me come and drop my car off. While they were more than willing to help get things repaired they mentioned that it might be under warranty. After checking with my dealer the issue was in fact under warranty. I can imagine other shops prefering to make a fast dollar would not have mentioned that. I really appreciate the honesty!
