Service street is a great place to take your car. The staff there is professional and very helpful.

People were nice, but they did not call to keep me updated when service was taking longer than expected. I scheduled an appointment at 0830 and they didn't even start on my truck until 1000. They said my truck would be ready between 4 or 5pm. I checked back with them around 4:30pm and then they told me it wasn't going to be done until the end of the day at 7pm. I finally got a call around 6:15pm saying it was not going to be finished tonight, but it would be done tomorrow morning. I was so frustrated! They did provide me a ride home using Lyft and arranged transportation to and from work the next day. Overall, they do good work, are reasonably priced, make sure the work is done right, are very friendly, and appreciate you for choosing them to service your vehicle. I would just recommend they call and keep you updated/informed if there are delays. Rodney Rhoades

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get my car in quickly, diagnose the issue and offer immediate resolution. They also ordered me a Lyft to get home and back to pick up my car once ready! Excellent service.

I have an uncle who is a mechanic, unfortunately for service street; though I gave them a chance as I had a late night breakdown. I am a woman who considers herself versed in automobile maintenance, as I've changed rotors on a car, as well as maintained an '82 Ford truck. I was called and addressed as "young lady", I'm 41 gentlemen, and while I can appreciate the attempt, it felt condescending. I knew what was wrong with my vehicle and was quoted nearly three times the amount I knew it would take to get it back to running and in good condition. Thank you for the confirmation that good, honest mechanics are hard to come by.

Fast, professional and courteous

I was at a nearby gas station when my car wouldn't start. The clerk called over to Service Street and Darren came over to jump my car and I followed him back to SS. I was out in less than an hour, thank you for your service!
