Really great customer service. Very friendly and when their was a problem with my car they would imform me and they even took me into the back to show me where some problems are on my car. I never have done that before. Really great and I will come back!

These Guys are Great, and very down to earth! I just had recent brain surgery, and usually do all the work myself from major to minor maintenance. They got us in very quickly, inspected the car from to top bottom, and gave us a list of repairs that needed attention. It's very hard to find someone to trust, but with Service Street at the Highlands Ranch location, they were very attentive to the needs of the vehicle, and gave us options in regards to what the vehicle needed, which included things that I already knew that needed to get done. As a Master ASE Certified Automotive Technician, I would highly recommend them! Thanks to Ed and his Crew, my Wife is Happy and in turn, that makes me happy! You will not be disappointed!

Update: these guys are clearly paying for 5 star reviews. Look at their history and it's very evident. Original Review: I took my car in for oil change. Employee put stress on water pump while it was being serviced. Upon leaving my car now has problems it didn't have before. I will never be returning again. Take your car somewhere else.

Don't go there. They didn't even put my cover back on the engine and my pipe was just laying there. Of course my check engine light was on.

They did great work and provided awesome customer experience.

Please, please, please pay attention to the negative reviews. I didn't. I fell for one of their coupons and thought it was worth the risk. It wasn't and I got screwed. My story is like so many of the bad ones. I should have known better. This place is shady. You've been warned.
