Colorado Auto Repair

I was very upset when my warning lights came on as I was taking my great-grandson to middle school, I managed to get the car into a space in the visitor's lot, called AAA, they took my 15-yr-old Subaru Forester (with less than 40K miles on it) to Service Street for me, and it was fixed (belts) and ready for pick-up by the time my daughter got off work to take me there. They also checked the car from stem to stern for any other problems, and didn't find anything that needed repair. I count on Service Street for my car care. Great job!!!

I stopped in an emergency to have my car looked at. I needed new brakes which I appreciated they were able did that evening. The next day my car was making a terrible noise by the time I got to work. They did offer to tow the car to their shop. Turns out the rotor was defective. They did pay for a lyft to get me back to their shop. That was all good except they made it sound like they were doing me a favor by not making me pay for the tow. They also knocked off the weight that was on my tire and then lied about fixing it. I also felt I was talked down to by the person that helped me the first night. I would not go back to this place.

Quick, quality service. Straightforward and helpful management. I also enjoyed a cup of coffee while my car was being serviced.

I’m usually a very understanding a nice person but this place has rubbed me the wrong way two times now. The staff there are very unprofessional and make you feel like something is always wrong with your car. Two times now they have not wanted to honor a coupon because of something “I did wrong”, either not showing them the coupon before the service or giving them a “wrong” coupon but not telling me until after the service was already complete. Not going back and absolutely do not recommend this place.

Even when they’re running behind you seem to get your car just in time to get where you need to go
