It was very good and oil change and tires rotated less than an hour. I’m very happy with their service.

Came in just for an oil change. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I left with a detailed list of what needs replaced as well as I will be returning for a few different services in the near future that were with that list. The oil change package is a great deal! Very happy this service was offered to me. Very impressed with their customer service.

Pricy but they get the job done quick and do it right

I will never go back. It started when they replaced my oil filter and forgot to remove the seal that was left behind from the old filter. The oil drained out and the engine melted down. They replaced the engine. That was a huge hassle that took about three weeks from start to finish. Only after the first week did they offer to give me a rental car. As the weeks passed, little issues kept coming up that they sometimes fixed. Another shop identified an oil leak when they changed the oil. Service Street would not fix that. So going to another shop - and $650 later - I now have a vehicle that is almost as good as it was. (I hung on in good faith and hoped they would fix it. No. That's why I finally posted this negative review.) UPDATE: The corporate office called me after they replied to this on Google and they said they would call me back 24-48 hours after they talked with the Highlands Ranch branch. That was about a month ago - the follow-up call never came.

I went in for an oil change and they told me I had a safety issue and needed my brake pads, rotor, and caliphers changed ASAP. They said I shouldn't even drive home with my 3 children. They said I was risking their safety. The next morning, my husband drove the car to a second mechanic for another opinion. The other mechanic looked at them for free, and said they were fine and had another 5-10k miles left on them, that they did need attention, but were not a safety hazard. Service Street continued to call and harass me about needing to come in asap and spend $972 to get them fixed. They were shady, annoying and dishonest. I'll never go back there.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We brought our van in for an oil change. After they were finished an employee warned my wife our car was un-drivable due to several cracks along the rear brake pads and due to brake fluid leaking onto the cracked pads (this was what they wrote in the service notes they gave us, too). This was weird because we have the brakes inspected every 3,000-4,000 miles when we get our oil changed and we haven't heard anything until now. We decided to take our car to for a second opinion and they shared the brakes were fine and even had another 10,000 miles on them. This scare tactic is highly dishonest and manipulative. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
