I would not recommend Street Service, prices are high and sometimes you have to pay for service what you did not ask to provide.

Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible service, rude employees and your car will end up with more problems then when you came in. I took my car in for a simple oil change that should of took no longer than an hour because they weren't busy and it ended up taking them 3 hours! And as if that wasn't bad enough they stripped my oil drain plug and now oil is leaking out. I don't usually like to spread negativity but i'm very unhappy with this place and i don't want anyone else to go though this.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. They changed my oil and told me I have $2,700.00 worth of repairs. Then sent me a Robo text from “Hannah” that had links to how bad it will be if I don’t repair these items. I took it to a local company and they said all the repairs were lies. Nothing is wrong with my 2013 Honda. DONT USED THEM.

This was my second time at this location and I will not be returning. I had an appointment for an oil change and while I was standing there waiting to check in the person helping me kept trying to sell me a package. I told him no and he said,”Ok its your car and your money!” I found that extremely rude and unprofessional. After that, my oil change took over an hour ( which ive never had an oil change take over an hour especially with an appointment)and after they were done no one apologized or explained why it took so long. When i was paying and checking out the phone started ringing. He asked me if he could answer it which i said yes. I thought he was going to pick it up and tell them to please hold for a minute so he could finish checking me out. However, he kept talking to them so i was standing there waiting to be checked out. He finally gave me my receipt ( while still on the phone) and told me my car was outside and that was it. After getting home, i checked my receipt and i noticed that there was a note on there saying i needed new rear shocks and that i denied service to fix those. No one ever talked to me about my car at all and if there was anything i needed to fix. I will be taking my car into my original shop to have a second opinion. I chose this shop because of the location but I would rather drive across town to a place I know is honest and gives fantastic customer service. I felt like this shop was more concerned about trying to sell me things I didn’t need instead of just helping me out.
