Bought an oil change package from service street for my wife’s Volvo. First time she took it in we had no issues. Second time they told her she needed a carbon cleaning of the valves for $160 which she purchased, promising her better gas mileage. Zero change in the gas Mileage after putting another 5k Miles on the car. Took it in a 3rd time, they called and said she needed the front control arms and bushings replaced, plus a new alignment for $1345. A quick google search on how to identify bad bushings lead me to seek a second opinion. Took it to Firestone on County Line road and their master mechanic assured me there was no issue. I hope to have my money refunded on the rest of the oil changes as this place is clearly distrustful. I would avoid them at all costs until corporate deals with dishonest managers and mechanics.
