The men at the front desk were misleading, unorganized, and unprofessional. I called around 10:00 Saturday morning and asked if I could schedule an oil change. They replied that their morning was open, and I could come in anytime. I get there, and they said they were too busy. They offered to change the oil later in the day if I left the car with them, which I agreed to do. They said they could give me a ride home in their Service Street van soon, so I waited in their waiting room. I came back to lobby 15 minutes later asking if I could leave soon, and they forgot that I needed a ride. Someone took the van to go get parts, and wouldn’t be back for a couple of hours. I decided not to wait any longer, and left. Do not come here unless absolutely necessary. Meineke, Pep Boys, and your neighbor all offer better service than Service Street.
