The GM was so helpful! We had come straight from another service store where we had been treated badly & they were trying to rip us off. We were very frustrated! Dropped off my gf's vehicle to get the brakes done before an eight hundred mile road trip. Had the drums, rotors, pads, and shoes replaced, as well as everything else checked out. My gf picked it up when it was done, so I didn't get to drive it until the next morning when we left for the trip. I guess bleeding the brakes and making sure the pedal isn't mushy or traveling all the way to the floor is extra, because it wasn't done. Had a real nice butthole puckering moment when I had to slam on the brakes and they weren't there. Had to stop at the first open place I could find to waste an hour and $100 dollars getting the brakes bled so that we could finish the trip.

Very sweet and professional team. First time using Service Street and they were insanely fast! I was in and out in 30 minutes, INCLUDING him entering all of my personal info into the computer! I will definitely use them again next time.

Timely and affordable.

Very informative and helpful. Did work as requested and made suggestions of items to consider in the future. Did not push to have the future work completed. Made suggestion to help save me money. Make an appointment, they are a busy company.

The gentleman there were great. They called me with all the things that needed to be done. It was nice to be informed before they did work.
