My first experience at Service Street was great. I was greeted on arrival and thanked before I left. Hard to find good customer service like that these days! Update 12/20/2021 This experience was not good at all. Seems the service has gone down a lot since the last time I was there! I scheduled an oil change on Friday the 17th for 3:30PM on the 20th. When I arrived, I left for 40 mins to grab a bite to eat. On my way back I noticed that my vehicle was still sitting in the same spot. I then went inside to wait. After another hour and 30 mins, my vehicle was finally finished. I was told that I needed a coolant flush, which was wrong since I recently had it done along with a new radiator. They also checked my cabin filter and left my glovebox on the floor. Overall I'm not happy with this visit and probably won't be returning.

I had an appointment for an oil change and when I dropped my car off they told me it would be about 1.5 hours until it would be ready. I walked over to Target and did some shopping. I returned about 1.5 hours later and saw that my car was still in the same parking spot. They hadn't even touched it yet. I asked them what happened and was told I was "the next car in line" I told them that's what I was told an hour and a half ago. I was upset as I sat there ready to wait another hour. If my husband could've picked me up I would have left. About 15 minutes later the general manager (I didn't get his name!) came into the waiting room and apologized profusely and told me they were doing the oil change for no charge. I told him I really appreciated it and that I knew it wasn't his fault they were slammed. My car was ready 10 minutes later. Now that is customer service! I will definitely go back as they obviously care about their customers. Way to go Service Street!

I have had great service every time I've been here. I do my regular oil changes and have had brakes done in the past and now a timing belt and oil pump leak. Great customer service and management is very honest and caring about customer satisfaction! I highly recommend this location!

They were attentive and helpful. They listened and then did diagnostic. The figured out the problem quickly and fixed it.
