I about such yet did not hear

A sudden whining sound coming from ones engine is not a tone drivers enjoy. Fortunately, I was able to drop of my Honda Ridgeline at the "Service Street Auto repair on University and C-470 in Highlands Ranch Colorado. I was convinced it was the power steering failing or in need of repair. It ended up being the alternator. The crew at Service Street accurately diagnosed the issue accurately and was able to pick up my car - as "good-as-new" by mid-day the following day. Thank you to Kelly and Manager Sam - I appreciate your honesty, professionalism, knowledge and skill-set!

I called days in advance to make an appointment. I showed up to my appointment on time and gave them my keys and filled out the paperwork. The man asked if I would be waiting or if I was leaving. I told him I was waiting. I waited in the waiting room for an hour when I went to check on the progress. I noticed my car still in the same location. The man who checked me couldn't even find my keys nor did he apologize. The manager quickly reacted, found my keys and did his best to fix the situation as the man behind the counter did his best to look very busy so he didn't have to acknowledge that he completely forgot about me and my car, much less apologize himself. The manager is the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 stars. He was very kind and tried his best to explain that they were busy. I probably wouldn't have even done a review if this wasn't for them sending me a text asking for one while I sit here in the waiting room waiting for my car for one and a half hour oil chance. Nothing else to do....

I have never left a review before, but after leaving this place I knew I had to! They deserve more then 5 stars! The customer service, attention to detail, compassion, everything they do is above and beyond. I first spoke to Kelly over the phone about my car leaking and he made me feel so much better by just they way he spoke to me and his knowledge! They got me in that day and once I got there I started working with Sam. Sam kept me informed the entire time, found the issue and fixed it immediately! He was also super fun to work with! With my car leaking, that left my driveway a mess which I mentioned to Sam, so he went out and got me some top of the line degreaser to help with that issue!! I will never take my car to another place!! Thanks guys!!
