I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Because the service was supposed to be quick, I said I’d wait. After 50 minutes they hadn’t started so I left, but my car was still there. My departure must have prompted them to do the work because the work was finished after another 30 minutes. Appointments don’t seem to mean much at this Service Street.

I am halfway through a great deal on a package of oil changes. They have never tried to sell me something my vehicles did not require. I appreciate that. It is nice to know that if they recommend something it is a legitimate need.

This Place looks huge and beautiful.

They were very friendly on the phone but when it comes down to service they are price gougers. They were trying to charge me 2x more than the average cost of a CV Axle replacement. If you want a fair price, this is not the place.

Unfortunately my warranty did not cover services outside an official Chevy dealership so I was unable to use this place. But even so, their service was amazing and I feel like I could go to them with anything small uncovered by the warranty.

I needed a new radiator, which they installed. Then they tell me I need a new engine due to a blown head gasket or it will over heat. They said it will bypass the thermostat and overheat. They said the thermostats is in the radiator. So I run idle with ac on for 20 minutes , didn’t over heat.
