I’m very impressed with Service Street at Southlands. I was there this morning & while waiting for an oil change, I looked around & noticed how everything is neat, very clean. Chris was wonderful, attentive, caring, thorough & patient. I’ve only been there twice but have nothing negative to say about this great company & their employees.

Arrived there today after receiving a flyer in the mail. My wife and I thought we would check it out. Flyer stated no wait , same day service . We pulled up. No cars where on the bay , a few cars in the parking lot. We got out of our cars and some guy comes running out and was like I can maybe get you Scheduled in a week or so. That they were to busy to give us an oil change, mind you … no one was there. He was rude. We felt as though he profiled us based of the way we look. Won’t take our business there again. A word of advice. Don’t send out mailers/flyers if you can’t handle business or do what the flyer says .
