They explained what the trouble was with options for me to chose from and once I did they were fast to get repairs done

They worked me in first thing in the morning. They kept me informed about the jobs progress and even took me back to show me what problems they were having. Sent me reports afterwards... only negative thing is I got one of their $25 off repair cards in the mail after today's service!
