I bought the package for 5 oil changes with tire rotation. Every time I get an oil change my tires DONT get rotated. I always remind them to rotate my tires when I take my car in. I have my tires marked to make sure they get done. When my car is brought out after the oil change I have to have them go back and rotate my tires. Im paying for a job I have to remind them to do.

This place is great and the guys are nice and friendly. My oil change was prompt and very reasonably priced. They offer a bunch of different services, and accommodate to your needs. I would highly recommend Service Street!

This place is great! After a costly breakdown while using my parents Explorer for a move here they worked very well over the phone with my parents to keep the cost as low as possible, while making things as safe and road worthy as possible. They even waived the costs of the towing needed to get the vehicle to their shop! I highly recommend to anyone in the area.

If you like paying $300 for a car battery then this is the place for you! Ford dealership quoted $150. I always thought dealership prices were too high but I remain corrected. I reffered my mother-in-law to service street hoping they would take care of her. Guess they like to take advantage of women that don't know the true cost of car services. Shame on you. I'll never recommend anyone to come to your shop ever again. You have given me good advice on the past, but I know about cars and the prices for repairs. It's a shame you took advantage of an older lady.

I consistently bring my car to this location for 2 reasons: service and expertise. They’re extremely customer-oriented and offer deals, discounts, and advice freely. I’ll always be a customer of this location.

I came in about 30 minutes before closing and because I had a nail in my tire. They didn’t have the time to fix it from the inside so they plugged it from the outside for no charge. Great customer service.
