Took advantage of a $19.95 oil change coupon but when it was all said & done, my daughter was charged over $40. They tell my daughter, "No, that's the price..." She gives me the receipt & there was no $19.95 coupon used. Charged full price & they talk to my kids like they're idiots. First & last time I use this service & I'm telling everyone I know. I work for GSA & this experience is going in our newsletter. Also not sure about these reviews but my kids were not treated as if their business was welcome, although other customers that were there were treated differently... Interesting...

This place has always been very professional and always helpful whenever I had an issue no matter how small it was. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

To who it may concern, I was very disappointed with my last visit which took place on Saturday 12/2. My alignment went for $69.99 to $135. My car still pulls but I won’t be visiting that location again. I’ll be taking it to a place that has the right equipment to handle an all wheel drive vehicle. Thanks,

Dropped my car off monday, said I needed it back friday which they said no problem. Called thursday evening to make sure it would be good to go, ONLY then I was told about another major issue... now it's not the extra problem with the car that's the issue, the issue is that I never got a call earlier from them telling me something was wrong. Not a doubt in my mind they wouldn't have told me something was wrong until I showed up early Friday morning to pick the thing up. Was also told at least twice they would call me back. Very poor communication.

I found Service street / Thornton auto repair online. I chose them based on their reviews. I was not disappointed. I had an oil change one day and returned the next day for tire replacements of all 4 tires. They were pleasant, detailed, reasonably priced and helpful.

The mechanics are idiots. I talked for two weeks about getting Freon out of a older car and they apparently don't know what that is. So I wasted my time ascend money renting a trailer to get my car there for the mechanics to tell me to discharge it into the air that is illegal. Worst shop ever... Stay away

I was there to replace an alternator some time last on my 2000 Chevy Astro, I didn't have to wait to long I was very pleased with the work they did, I will recommended to my friends

THIEVES! THATS THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE THIS PLACE! I knew my girlfriends 2007 Saturn Vue needed front brake pads and possibly a rotor. I took it here being that I had a 35% off coupon I received in the mail so I figured eeehh why not, since its so hard to work on the cars with my kids around. They had it for an hour and called me back with an estimate of $900!!! They said it needed brake pads for all 4 tires and rotors for all 4 tires, also it needed all new brake lines! New brake lines???!!! It's a 2007, there are cars that are on the road for 30+ years and never need new brake lines. So I picked it up and refused for them to do any work. I waited till the weekend for my father in law (a real mechanic) to help me. Come to find out, the brake lines were perfect, the rear brakes had 75% life in them and needed NO pads or rotors. The front needed brake pads and 1 rotor. Parts at Autozone cost us under $150.00. THIS PLACE FALSELY QUOTED FOR STUFF I DIDNT NEED! Who knows how many poor single or elderly women they RAPE everyday. This place is a joke!!! My cousin took his cadillac there last week got quoted $750 for a new Radiator. They quoted him for a "Heavy duty" radiator when come to find out the $460 radiator wont even fit in his car, a standard $189 radiator would work fine. All in all, he took it to a different, Real "ASE" certified shop and paid $360 for parts and labor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
