My wife’s car would’t start and had to be towed to a service location. Of course, it was Friday evening. The only place we had used previously was Mountain States Toyota, but the earliest appointment available on their website was 10 days away. I searched while waiting for the tow truck and came across Service Street. The reviews were good, and it was close, so I decided to give them a try. The car was towed to their location and left with a note in the drop box. By the time I called Saturday morning, they had already diagnosed the problem and had an estimate ready for me. They were able to complete the repair, as well as some additional routine maintenance, and the car was ready to be picked up that afternoon. I was at work with no way for my wife to pick up the car, so they graciously offered to pick her up and take her to the shop. She picked up the car and continued on to her evening destination very grateful. I know that we can’t always expect same day service, but we are truly impressed that an auto repair shop still exists that gives you that feeling that you are valued as a customer. Definitely recommend!
