Best Customer service. Friendly and helpful. I have had bad experiences at other places especially when they know you are woman. Ed Bozart where they try to make you pay for something that has nothing to do with what you came for and I understand that's how they make there money but I am not paying $1000 for some package when I can go to a mechanic that's cheaper without the package for labor and fixing it.

The guys at service street do a great job, I had a part go bad and my heat stopped working. It happens to be a part they replaced a few months back. They were honest and fixed the problem for free. They also offer a killer deal for oil changes.

I absolutely love this shop. It's hard to find a place you trust. This place has earned my trust with their excellent mechanics. The gentleman at the front counter was friendly, polite, and provided a clear message on what was wrong. Great shop all around. I was very impressed.

Took my car in (due to heater only blowing cold air), late on a Friday night, diagnostic was ran first thing Saturday morning, parts were ordered and delivered same day. Heater was working by 4:30 pm and I was out the door by 4:45. Kind service (great communication) Knowledgeable employees Reasonable price

Do yourself a favor and don't bring your car to this shop. I had a coupon for a $19.95 oil change. When I came to pick my car up, the guy at the counter told me they put synthetic oil in my car and it was going to be $60.41! ????? No one called me to ask if I wanted synthetic or to tell me the cost was exceedingly higher. Classic bait and switch. In addition, they gave me my key back broken. Now I am forced to get a new key paying for it out of my own pocket. I responded to their request for a survey with this same information...no one has contacted me about my experience. Unless you leave a good response, they could care less about you as a customer. As you can see from the reviews on their site, they only use the good ones. Terrible customer service, terrible ethics and terrible business practices. If I could give this shop zero stars I would. I have told all of my family, friends, co-workers, and anyone else looking for a mechanic shop not to use Service Street....and will continue to tell people to avoid it. I was a victim to their cons, but I am going to make sure no one else gets duped.

Awful!!! Rip Off! I went in July 2016 and asked if they could check my brakes, I had no problems but I knew it had been a while since I changed them. The guy came back with a $600.00 quote to change my brakes and rotors. Well here it is end of December 2016 and I have had my oil changed and brakes checked twice since July at another shop. My brakes are still fine and have been told that i have quite a while until I will need new ones and my rotors are in perfect condition. I won't even got to this place for an oil change anymore!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I am sorry guys. But I was wrong that these guys are good. So I asked them to put my tires at 35 psi and after I left, my tire pressure computer showed me 65 psi in each tire, plus I had a gauge, I checked it, and it was really 65, so if it was a lady or a guy who doesn't care, the tires would be probably had to be replaced. The guys in the front desk don't really care about you saving money and wanted to charge me a ton of money. ALSO WHEN I DID MY OIL CHANGE THEY CHARGE ME almost 90 dollars and put cheapest oil filter and dirty oil, plus it was overfilled. And they trying to buy you by offering a coupons :) JOKE SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND NERVES. Don't come here for car repair.
