Cons! During my last oil change two weeks ago, I was told by Sil Terhar my brake pads were getting low and would need changed soon but my rotors were still in good condition. They showed me the parts and I went on my way. Keep in mind, my brakes aren't even to the point of making noise yet. Today, I stopped at Service Street out of convenience to have my brake pads changed. According to them, my rotors are bad and need replaced as well. I told the technician my rotors are fine and he became rude and defensive, stating they could just do brake pads but my car would make noise. Resurfacing my good condition rotors wasn't even mentioned. Save your time and money and go to a place you can trust.

Horrible service. Over charge and take forever.

Avoid! Worked on my wife's car several times and charged hundreds to not fix the engine light for exhaust correctly. These people obviously don't know what they are doing. My new mechanic told me all they must have done was disconnect the battery to clear the light and that is why it was back on within a week for the same code.

Worthless people sold me an aftermarket window motor and regulator at full price then installed it in wrong and proceeded to tell me the part was defective. I went home and took a look my self and found parts in the bottom of the inside of my door. I properly installed the "extra" pieces and now my "defective" part works great. Thanks Service Street for the lesson learned!👍

I only dealt with the front desk and they are awesome!! Great customer service, I would strongly urge anyone to give them a chance. I am definitely going back.

I always have my normal services done here and am completely satisfied. They are polite, fast, and their waiting room and reception area are comfortable and clean. They tried to replace a non-working key fob for me by contacting the auto parts store next door but weren't able to find one for my make of car and so referred me to the dealership.

Horrible over priced and only want money. I ve taken my car there before they only charged me 65 I went this morning they charged 90 seriously! That's a pretty high jump in number for pricing going up! Won't be going there anymore!!!

I initially had an oil change and was told I need to have the rear tire rods replaced. I didn't have it done at that time but went back in a few weeks. I needed to have a ride to work while they did the repairs. They had their shuttle take me to work and pick me up when my car was ready. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend Service Street for quality service as well as great customer service.

Do as you please but I suggest don't do it here. Stole $120 from me and proceeded to tell me "they will give me store credit." Now tell me why I would except their "store credit" after they took money that wasn't theirs to begin with? Now you MAY have a good experience with them or you could end up like me. I wouldn't take my chances if I was you. Update: I did end up talking to the guy who runs service Street not just this specific store but all of them, very cool guy. He seemed to really care and was disappointed with how things were handled, he did mail me a check for my money back. I would still not recommend going to atleast this specific service Street location.
