I was charged over $22 for an air filter to a Sebring. My spouse who's deployed in Afghanistan usually services our vehicles. In his absence I came here for an oil change and air filter. Much to his and my disappointment we were clearly overcharged. This is No way to treat soldiers and their families by gouging them,nor anyone for that matter.. We will never give our business to this company again.

If there was a way to put in a 0 star i would. i am a mechanic's daughter so i grew up with this type of thing. about two years ago the timing belt on our 2004 VW GTI went as i was on my way home from work. when we got a 35% off coupon in the mail we decided to try them since they were just up the street. they quoted us about $600 based on what we had told them. three days later there is nearly $4000 in repairs to the motor. if that wasn't bad enough a warning light is on the dash. when we ask about it they tell us "the mass airflow sensor was bad so we took it off, cleaned it and put it back on." WRONG ANSWER MORONS! if it was bad you REPLACE IT! husband replaced it and everything is better. but a month or so ago we noticed an exhaust leak starting. believing it to be a bad catalytic converter husband got the parts to replace it ourselves. THESE JERKS DIDN'T EVEN SECURE THE TURBO TO THE MOTOR! it was being held on by four threads of ONE bolt!!! this place will over charge you and tell you things are wrong that aren't. stay away! far away!

I took my car there to get the radiator replaced. first of all they quoted me 600 buck and even though I thought that was a bit much I agreed to leave it there. after 5 hours of waiting they had not even took 1 bolt out of my car. they had told me it would take only 3 hours. they were gunna charge me for a radiator that would not even fit on my car. plus they had a huge mark up of about 125%. after another 2 hours of waiting I just told them to pull my car out a leave it alone. They will rape you. The manager told me the part was pulling into the parking lot but that too was a lie. The heavy duty part they told me it needed would not even fit on my car but they sure were gunna charge me for it. I pulled my car to another shop a got It fix for under half of what they were gunna charge me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND TAKE EVER PENNY THEY CAN OUT OF YOU. We need to get the news ppl on this.

Although the service seemed to be o.k., pricing was acceptable and location was ideal - there was a major lack of quality control. After having my tires mounted the car was returned to me with all of the dash warning lights flashing that the tire pressure was low - which the mechanic must have seen when he started the engine - I went back into the shop and asked if they had checked the tire pressure, they weren't sure or did not know, so they took the car back into the shop and inflated the tires. Upon returning home I checked the tire pressure and found that they had not replaced the tire valve stem caps - so I had to drive back to get them - luckily like I said the location was convenient but the service quality....not so much.

I was thinking I would come out needing a new brake job, engine problems, etc. and the service I received was an oil change, tire rotation and I had too much air in my tires. That's it!! Nice to know their not out to ripe me off...
