Service has always been competent and prices fair. I have had my vehicle serviced there several times and been pleased with the results. When I had a small problem they fixed it at no cost stating they appreciated my patronage. Extended hours are a big plus.

We have been working with Charlie in the Thornton branch on our Suburban which seems to be having one problem after another since it hit 100K. I have to say that every time we bring, or tow, or Suburban into the Thornton, CO. Service Street they are extremely diligent in locating the problem and getting our vehicle back to us as quickly as possible. The service there has been great. I would highly recommend Service Street to those out there who need quality repairs in a timely fashion.

Stuck to my appointment time I wasn't made to wait because of back up in the shop.

I had a great experience with this location over all. It was a Saturday and the shop was busy, so I accepted an appointment for later in the day. I returned later that day an way told that the oil change usually takes about 45-minutes to complete. I indicated that I was on a tight schedule, and might go to a different place. Although, they didn't perform all the prevenitive points, they did have my truck out in 30-minutes, which I thought was outstanding. Kudo's to the crew at this location. I will be going back to this shop in the future.

Charlie at your Thornton branch was not only professional, but also worked with me to do what he could to help with the cost of an expensive repair in these tough times when things are tight. My vehicle repairs were completed within about 5 - 6 hours of being towed into the shop without an appointment. The long store hours make things very convenient and the guys at the Thornton branch do a great job. Thanks.
