The service was great, however the shop was really backed up due to the Holiday and many people using their time off to bring in their cars for service. I also did not have an appointment which cost me time.

I found the people at Service Street to be very organized, prompt at getting repairs done and good communicators.

My brake pads have been in need of replacement for a few months but I put it off due to the cost and inconvenience. Service Street was not only less expensive but they shuttled me to and from home while my car was being repaired. For maintaince purposes, they also suggested a transimmion flush since this too was way overdue.
