I came to your business with an advertisement regarding check engine light service. You were too busy.

In a bit of a bind after a family amateur mechanic damaged a bolt on a brake caliper, I took it over to the new Service Street location by my house. The were able to remove the broken bolt, replace it, replace my pads, machine my rotors, replace the rear brakes and machine the drums for less than half the price of the dealership. Best of all, since my wife and I were leaving on our annual anniversary trip the person who was at the counter had the car driven back to my house and the keys locked inside so we didn't have to worry about picking the car up as soon as we got back into town. I definitely plan to use this business again.

Service Street provided great service and got my vehicle in and finished earlier than their orignal estimate, which was very nice. All employees appear friendly, helpful and polite. Receiving coupons in the mail is also a definite plus and I will continue to give them my business.

Carlton (the guy that helped me) was very helpful, nice, and freindly. He was very good at explaing what was wrong with my car. Great experience, would go definatly go back!

Great service bought the oil change packet

We tried Service Street because our car was at the dealership and we knew they were about to rip us off again. The courtesy shuttle made it possible for us to get the car to them - within hours. The staff is very nice, the building is neat and clean, and we felt like they just wanted to fix the car, not rip us off - imagine that! Thank you, keep it up and we'll be back for sure.
